SERVICES & FACILITIES
At our small, cosy campsite there is a real family atmosphere. Families meet on the terrace of the cafe for a snack and a drink and the children can enjoy playing in the playground or enjoy the entertainment. The indoor swimming pool is very popular, the water is at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, so many hours of fun in the water are guaranteed. You can go to reception with all your questions and more information, about, for instance our bicycle hire or more information about the area.
RESTAURANT ‘HET WAPEN VAN WIJCKEL’
From Ascension Day, you can go to ‘Het wapen van Wijckel’ for lunch, dinner or a delicious snack. We have both a lovely indoor area and a spacious terrace where you can sit, with a view of the large playground. You are more than welcome for a snack and a drink!
THE SWIMMING POOL
We offer you a large and lovely heated indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is suitable for all ages, there is a separate kids’ pool for the little ones and in warm weather the sliding doors are open so you can enjoy the sun outside.
THE PLAYGROUND
For our smallest camping guests or children from the village who are just coming back from swimming lessons, there is always lots of fun to be had in our playground. Whether playing on the swings, together on the seesaw or playing hide-and-seek, they will not get bored here!
OUR RECEPTION
Every day, we are at your service during your holiday in Wijckel! We will welcome you upon arrival and will be pleased to tell you all about the area. If you would like fresh rolls in the morning, you can order them from us and you can also get the newspaper or cycling routes from us.
SANITARY BUILDING
Next to the swimming pool, you will find our luxury sanitarybuilding. There are plenty of toilets, separate shower cubicles, washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities. We have also thought of the little ones, for them, we have a special kids’ sanitary area. Of course, we also have facilities for the disabled. Our toilets are equipped with toilet paper, paper hand towels and soap! We find hygiene very important and so make sure that our sanitary building is properly cleaned.
